Not in the conventional sense. We are a small studio that designs custom journeys. We do not maintain a public catalogue of fixed-departure trips. Every itinerary is built around a specific traveller after an initial conversation.
Our journeys typically range from $4,200 to $18,000 per person depending on length, region, lodging style, and group size. We provide a detailed cost breakdown after the first design conversation, with no obligation.
For trekking journeys, we recommend booking four to nine months in advance, particularly for the October–November and March–May seasons. Heritage consulting engagements can usually begin within four to six weeks of an initial enquiry.
No. All sourcing is by direct enquiry. We do not maintain a public shop because we believe each piece deserves to be matched with a specific buyer rather than sitting in a catalogue.
Every piece we provide ships with a documentary card naming the maker, workshop, completion date, and — where applicable — an export clearance from the Department of Archaeology of Nepal. For older or culturally sensitive objects we provide complete chain-of-custody documentation.
Full details are in our Terms of Service. In summary: deposits are refundable in full up to 90 days before departure, partially up to 45 days, and non-refundable thereafter. We strongly recommend trip insurance and can suggest providers we have worked with.
Yes — though our office is in Los Angeles, roughly a third of our clients are based outside the US. We bill in USD and can coordinate across most time zones.
