Client records related to delivered journeys or consulting engagements are retained for seven years for tax and accounting purposes; general enquiry correspondence is retained for two years.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep that risk low.
